2011 is going to be the year that change my body once and for all. So I've decided to sign myself up for what I can only describe as the most all encompassing health and fitness programme I could find - the W10 Performance 12-week Elite Transformation Programme. Twelve weeks of training, nutrition (meals delivered to my door!) and lifestyle change. It's January, I'm game, so lets see where it takes me.......

day7
ok, i made it through my first week, 11 more to go. i have to say i am looking forward to ending this candida cleanse part. there is something about liquid vegetable breakfasts that are just hard to get your head around. yesterday i was on the football sideline for 2 hours and i have never been so cold, and i have stood out in much colder weather watching games. maybe food (as opposed to just vegetables) really does keep you warm. anyway, i am persevering! i have not worked out this weekend although i thought i would do a bit. but i'm feeling a little flat, so i'll just wait til tomorrow when jc will surely beat me up. next week is my first full week of workouts and i am looking forward to it. last night we went to see The King's Speech which was great but my husband sat next to me and ate a whole bag of peanut m&ms which are my favourite. i am looking forward to not caring, but it hasn't happened yet.
