2011 is going to be the year that change my body once and for all. So I've decided to sign myself up for what I can only describe as the most all encompassing health and fitness programme I could find - the W10 Performance 12-week Elite Transformation Programme. Twelve weeks of training, nutrition (meals delivered to my door!) and lifestyle change. It's January, I'm game, so lets see where it takes me.......

green smoothie for breakfast again. i think its some perverse form of nutritional virtue, as there is nothing satisfying about green slush for breakfast. however, the rest of the days meals have been good. i thought i would be sore today, and i was, so lots of stretching. my ph has gone up to 6.5ish, so i think i didn't do it right yesterday as i only took one reading. one troubling thing, i have too much energy. i dropped my daughter off at euston to return to school and she said she was relieved to be out of the house while i was dieting as i seem to be on hyper-drive. she even checked my pupils to see if they were dilated - as if i was on drugs. then on the way home i just stopped myself in time before screaming at a motorcyclist who passed me on the wrong side - it was a policeman. i can't figure out where the excess energy is coming from. could it be the supplements? i am taking far more than i usually take (which is exactly none), and i can't imagine just the food or lack of alcohol would be giving me this much of a boost. maybe the decaffeinated coffee i ordered today wasn't actually decaf. no workout today, so i did a bit of pilates.
